Acw Installations is a small family run company covering all of East Anglia. Specialising in the construction of small extensions, orangeries and glazed extensions. we also carry out conservatory refurbishments to a high standard. Due to continued growth and a full order book we now would like to add a new member to our team.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager (Construction) to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your energetic leadership will ensure seamless collaboration among teams, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering a proactive environment that champions quality and safety at every stage. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans ensuring realistic timescales are achieved.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and meetings; adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols across all phases of construction to protect team members and maintain regulatory compliance.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
