Complete electrical components and systems within Griffon Marine’s standard
Objectives
Ensure work is carried out to the correct standard and procedures
Encourage and nurture a problem-solving culture within the department
Maintain standards for Health and safety within department
Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full
Deliver continuous improvement by internal development recommendations to engineering
Deliver lean/efficient, safe and compliant workshop practice
Ability to coach and develop other members of staff
Capable of working with customers and staff at all levels
Ability to motivate others who are not direct reports.
Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos
Qualifications/Experience
Electrical NVQ level 3
Experience or knowledge within Marine industry
