Overview
SR Supply Chain Consultants (SRSCC) are recruiting on behalf of Automata Technologies Ltd, a pioneering UK-based automation company specialising in lab automation for the life sciences sector. We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join Automata as a Supply Chain Apprentice, supporting daily operations and gaining hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and stock management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and tracking purchase orders (POs), and updating procurement systems
- Match invoices to POs and assist with invoice reconciliation
- Participate in stock control activities including receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching goods
- Support logistics operations including shipment preparation and delivery coordination
Training & Development:
- Study theLevel 3 Supply Chain Apprenticeship with SRSCC, delivered online
- Gain a solid foundation in procurement processes and supply chain operations
- Become proficient in procurement regulations, supplier database management, and tender evaluations
