Overview
Join our dynamic legal team as a Criminal Solicitor, where you will play a vital role in defending clients facing criminal charges. This position offers the opportunity to work exclusively with Private Clients, on a diverse range of criminal cases, from minor offenses to serious allegations
Duties
- Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and negotiations
- Conduct thorough case assessments by reviewing evidence, police reports, and witness statements
- Advise clients on their legal rights, options, and potential outcomes with clarity and transparency
- Negotiate plea agreements and sentencing terms with prosecutors to secure favorable results for clients
- Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, motions, and appeals with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with experts, investigators, and support staff to build strong defense strategies
- Maintain comprehensive case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in criminal law
- Proven experience in criminal litigation and client representation
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple cases efficiently

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
