URGENTLY REQUIRED – Arboricultural Climber / Tree Surgeon

At Arbor Call Ltd, we are urgently looking for experienced Arboricultural Climbers / Tree Surgeons to join our growing team.
We have opportunities for short-term, long-term and permanent work, short-term, long-term and permanent work, both full and part-time, with day rates negotiated according to experience, qualifications and skillset.
Short-term work: Higher day rates are negotiable for experienced climbers available for short-term or immediate work.
Longer-term opportunities: We are also looking for climbers interested in ongoing subcontractor work, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful trial period of 3–6 months.
Recent College Leavers
We are also keen to hear from recent college leavers who have completed their arboricultural training and hold their climbing and aerial rescue qualification (CS38).
Newly qualified climbers are encouraged to apply if they are looking to build their practical experience within an established and growing arboricultural company. Day rates for recent college leavers will be negotiated according to experience, practical ability and skillset.
All trial days are fully paid.
Full PPE and climbing equipment is provided where required, and career progression is encouraged and supported through training opportunities and internal promotion.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years' proven climbing and arboricultural industry experience preferred
- Recent college leavers with CS38 will also be considered
- Good arboricultural knowledge and practical climbing skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to the working team
- Reliable, trustworthy and motivated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to undertake arboricultural operations safely and competently
- CS30/31 and CS38 required
- CS39 preferred
- CS41 preferred
- Full clean UK driving licence
CSCS card preferred, but we are willing to support the right person with training and examination.
