What You'll Be Doing
As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will:
- Work alongside teachers to support pupils throughout the school day.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
- Encourage communication, independence and confidence.
- Help pupils access engaging and creative learning activities.
- Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and their families.
- Celebrate every success, no matter how big or small.

Experience working with children through tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, care work or volunteering is desirable but not essential.
