Client Care Administrator
- Would you like to be part of a team who are passionate about giving clients the best possible healthcare experience?
- Are you looking for a role that values your skills & knowledge and gives you the support to grow.
- Would you love the opportunity to work in a friendly team, in a beautiful environment, in a role that fits and respects your lifestyle and priorities?
We are looking for a Client Care Administrator to join our friendly, fast-growing clinic in Leicestershire. Our core values are;
Excellence – we want the best for our patients and won’t settle for less. We take ownership and pride in the service we deliver to patients. We provide tailored treatment plans to give our patients the best care possible, continually reflecting on our practice and rising to new challenges.
Professionalism – we take time to understand our patients, seek & grow from feedback, and have confidence in our knowledge & skills. We conduct ourselves positively & professionally to put our patients at ease. We work hard, strive to achieve, and celebrate success!
Teamwork – we want to get to know you and understand how we all fit together and complement one another. Our team isn’t just us either; we respect and value our clients - they are the reason we exist and are part of our community. We also know you have your own team in your family & friends – we believe firmly in work-life balance and want you to be your best you – for you, for us, and for them.
Communication – we listen to our clients, take on board their concerns and give them our knowledge in a way they can understand so they understand our rehabilitation pathway and have confidence in us. We communicate openly as a team too – we share our progress & achievements and support one another by doing so. We actively seek honest feedback from one another and from clients and use this to help us grow.
The role will entail enquiry handling, appointment booking, processing payments, supporting marketing activities and data management. We will require you to give the highest standards of care to our clients to build our reputation and referring culture, to put them at ease and make their journey with us as simple as possible. You will need a sound understanding of the business, including the conditions we treat and how we work, to successfully handle & book in patients. You will need to be confident in explaining the costs and benefits. Excellent organisation, as well as common sense and diligence, are also essential as you will be working independently on our front desk and have key-holder responsibility. You will also be in charge of wider clinic responsibilities including cleaning, laundry and stock control to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and client experience.
We want professional, caring, enthusiastic, and committed team players and in return give you the support you need to reach your goals. We offer you a generous salary, pension, benefits including paid holiday & sick pay, training and support to grow your specialisms & interests, career progression with promotional opportunities, great team spirit, high morale, and a beautiful environment to work in.
