Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for service
- Producing high-quality food in a time-sensitive environment
- Establish maintenance and cleaning of equipment, storage, and work areas
- Stock management and placing orders
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Previous kitchen experience preferable.
