Job Title: Dispensary Assistant
Location: Stourbridge, DY8 3SS
Salary: £12.72 per hour
Working Pattern:
We have two part-time positions available with the working pattern of:
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday – 9 hrs per day week 1
- Tuesday and Thursday – 9 hrs per day week 2
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (per role)
Type of Role: Permanent
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering an excellent pharmacy service by:
- Providing a friendly, confidential, and professional service to all customers
- Accurately dispensing prescriptions in a timely manner, supporting safe and effective patient care
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming pharmacy environment
- Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency
- Supporting the dispensary with essential administrative tasks
- Following company procedures and complying with all health, safety, legal, and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
- A strong commitment to patient care and community values
- Medicine Counter Assistant course or NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A reliable team player with a professional and supportive approach
