JOB DESCRIPTION
The key duties for the role are:
- Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
- Assist with the preparation, issuing, and amendment of tenancy agreements and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes.
- Follow up on warm leads under direction to assist in booking conversion.
- Schedule property viewings.
- Support with daily data entry and lead management within Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to prospective students and parents.
- Uphold Collegiate UK’s brand standards and values in all communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to support peak-period demand during summer booking season.
- Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Experience:
- Ideally suited to university students or individuals seeking short-term work over the summer period.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or office support is beneficial but not essential.
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:
- IT literate and confident using digital platforms including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and WhatsApp.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confident speaking on the phone.
- Highly responsive and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin) are a distinct advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Approachable, professional, and solution-focused.
