Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas within the commercial venue, including floors, restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes to ensure the venue remains consistently clean during operating hours.
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation or access to the venue during scheduled shifts on weekends.
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and familiarity with cleaning chemicals is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
