Duties
- Assist in planning and organizing daily site activities to ensure smooth project progress
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate timely delivery of materials and resources
- Support site supervisors in managing workforce schedules and task assignments
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or issues and report findings promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage
- Contribute to problem-solving on-site challenges by collaborating with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (for Trainee level) or relevant hands-on experience (for Experienced level)
- Full Clean Driving License

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Basic understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Proficiency in using site management tools or software is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities on-site
- Due to the nature of our work, a significant amount of our projects are located across England. Applicants must be willing to travel as required. The company will provide travel, accommodation, and a daily subsistence allowance to support employees working away from home.
