PART TIME/WEEKEND JOB
We require a casual labourer in Merton, London, to perform flexible, short-term maintenance and physical work on a premise renovation project.
Job Duties
- Move furniture/materials, tools, and supplies around the site.
- Clear away debris, rubbish, and waste to keep the workspace safe.
- Fix minor flaws in flooring and walls
- Hang up pictures, fixtures and fittings
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
Requirements
- Physical fitness to lift heavy items and stand for long hours.
- Reliability and good timekeeping for flexible call-in shifts
- Basic understanding of health and safety rules on-site.
Further details:
- Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
- Job Type: Part -time, Temp.
- Schedule: up to 15 hours per week .
Due to the nature of our events centre, this role requires a flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and occasional bank holidays aligned with scheduled exhibitions and themed nights.
