Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice to join our team. This paid apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist with data management, and contribute to the smooth running of the organisation. Prior office experience and strong computer skills are desirable, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including managing correspondence and filing systems
- Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Xero and QuickBooks
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and organise documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Support scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required using Microsoft Office tools
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrable clerical experience with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office setting
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaker if possible

Pay: £18,420.00-£40,362.52 per year
