Process Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Leeds, UK
Contract: 6 Months
Work Mode: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end manufacturing process development and implementation.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.
- Work with manufacturing engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Support cleaning and packaging process improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and validation reports.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with manufacturing process development and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with IQ, OQ, and PQ validation.
- Knowledge of Medical Device Manufacturing.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, DOE, MSA, and Reliability.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering principles.
- Experience with any 3D CAD software.
- Exposure to ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 is an advantage.
Education
- BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production, or Biomedical Engineering.
