We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Swan in Ascott-under-Wychwood.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the General Manger in the daily operation of the business.
-Train, lead, motivate and supervise FOH, BOH, Housekeeping staff.
-Deliver exceptional customer service.
-Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies.
-Manage stock control, ordering.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub.

-Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
