We're looking for an Operations Team Coordinator to join our busy operational teams on a 13 month fixed term contract to play a key role in keeping services running smoothly for our customers. About the Role
As the Operations Team Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Grounds, Facilities and Property Services teams, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers. Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, customers, contractors and other stakeholders, you will coordinate workloads, appointments and works, respond to enquiries, resolve or escalate customer queries, and ensure issues are followed up within agreed timescales.
You will maintain accurate records across business systems, monitor progress against planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance activities, and ensure operatives have the information they need to deliver services efficiently. The role also includes producing correspondence, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and supporting customer feedback processes.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help deliver a responsive, customer-focused service and ensure our customers receive a positive experience at every stage of their interaction with Worthing Homes.
About You
We're looking for a highly organised individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills who can manage a varied workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, both verbally and in writing, and will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
You will have strong IT skills and experience using a range of systems and applications, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies. You will be able to work independently, use your initiative and effectively prioritise competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
