Ashford Orthodontics supplies machine-made and handmade products to Dental and Orthodontic practices throughout the UK and further afield.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery details and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Shift - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
