The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality, programme and budget.
Working closely with our Directors, clients and multidisciplinary project teams, you’ll play a key role in driving projects forward while maintaining KSNPM’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage construction projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
· Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
· Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, governance requirements and industry best practice.
· Monitor project performance, identifying risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies.
· Manage project reporting, including programme, financial and risk updates for clients and Directors.
· Chair and lead project meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered.
· Oversee procurement activities where required.
· Monitor quality throughout design and construction, ensuring client expectations are achieved.
· Support commercial awareness by monitoring project costs, change control and financial milestones.
· Foster collaborative working relationships across project teams.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with excellent communication and leadership skills.
You’ll ideally have:
· Experience delivering construction or property projects in a consultancy or client-side environment.
· A relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
· Strong understanding of construction project delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
· The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
· Commercial awareness and an understanding of project financial management.
· High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
· A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
· A full UK Driving license is desireable
Professional membership of organisations such as RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be advantageous, although support towards professional accreditation can be provided.

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
