Overview
Join our team as a Third Party Claims Handler, where your organizational skills will be appreciated. Ideally you will have ambition to climb the ladder and have the ability to work alone. With experience to take claims on through to settlement
Duties
- Process incoming third-party claims by reviewing documentation and verifying claim details with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with external claimants, vendors, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates on claim status
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with external parties and internal teams
- Attention to detail to accurately document claim information and identify discrepancies or issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with claims management software is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
