Sudbury House is a 4 Star Hotel with 50 bedrooms, and we are currently looking to add to our Team.
Working 5 shifts per week between 10.30pm and 7.30am.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. This is a hands on role requiring attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
Night Porter Key responsibilities:
Check in and check out of hotel guests
Act as Duty manager, resolving any issues that arise throughout the shift
To provide a friendly, efficient and proactive approach to all hotel guests
To ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guest throughout the night
To respond to guest requests within a timely manner
Setting of function rooms as required
To carry out security walks throughout the shift
To maintain and clean hotel public areas
To take control of bar and room service after the evening staff leaves
To comply with health & safety regulations and company policies and procedures

Pay: From £13.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
