Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to assist with cleaning operations within our hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. On site accommodation is available.
Duties
- Assist with daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the facility
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, health & safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service excellence
