About the Role

- Designing system concepts (airflow, duct sizing, system layouts)
- Preparing technical proposals and quotations
- Managing pricing, margins, and commercial negotiations
- Liaising with internal engineering and project teams
- Building long-term customer relationships across key sectors
- Supporting projects through to order and handover

Essential:
- Proven experience in technical or capital equipment sales
- Strong engineering background (mechanical, process, or similar)
- Experience with air systems, pneumatic conveying, dust control, or related technologies
- Ability to design and understand system performance (airflows, pressures, ductwork)
- Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and pipeline
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience in recycling, waste management, or manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or technical drawing interpretation
- Understanding of LEV / dust control compliance
