Operations & Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: South Devon (Torbay, Teignbridge & surrounding areas)
Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week (flexible across the week)
Pay: £18.50 per hour + £0.40 per mile (government mileage rate)

We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Operations & Cleaning Supervisor to support our growing team.
The Role
This is a varied role combining team management, quality control and client communication. You'll help ensure every property is completed to an exceptional standard while supporting our cleaners throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing weekly cleaning schedules (rotas).
- Communicating with clients through WhatsApp groups regarding cleans, updates and property requirements.
- Providing live support to cleaning teams during the day, answering questions and helping resolve issues quickly.
- Carrying out spot-check inspections at completed properties to ensure our high standards are consistently met.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Monitoring stock levels and property essentials, identifying when supplies need replenishing and informing clients.
- Managing and organising our linen storage, including sorting and categorising clean linen deliveries.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damages or concerns discovered during inspections.
- Supporting the business with continuous improvements to systems and quality standards.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Is highly organised and reliable.
- Can confidently manage multiple properties and priorities at once.
- Communicates professionally with both clients and colleagues.
- Enjoys leading and supporting a team.
- Is confident using WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
- Can work independently and make sensible decisions.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Has previous supervisory, hospitality or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential for the right person).
