Stock Plot Inspector / Property Quality Inspector

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Stock Plot Inspector to help maintain the quality of our occupied and unoccupied properties.
The Role
This is a mobile role visiting multiple developments each day to inspect completed properties, identify defects, assess cleanliness, and produce professional reports for our clients.
You'll act as the eyes and ears of our business, ensuring every home meets the high standards expected before handover or occupation.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled inspections of stock plots, show homes and marketing suites.
- Assess cleaning standards and overall property presentation.
- Identify and report defects, damage and maintenance issues.
- Produce clear digital inspection reports with photographs.
- Liaise professionally with site managers and housing association representatives.
- Report urgent issues to our Operations Team.
- Carry out minor touch-up cleaning where appropriate.
- Ensure company standards are consistently achieved across all sites.
- Travel between developments throughout your working day.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Is confident using smartphones and reporting software.
- Has good communication skills.
- Can work independently and manage their own workload.
- Is organised, punctual and dependable.
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Has previous experience in property inspections, cleaning, facilities management, construction or housing (preferred but not essential).
