Duties

- Follow HACCP guidelines diligently to ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are met during production
- Conduct quality checks on products, verifying weight, appearance, and consistency
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers and process steps
- Participate in training sessions on food safety practices, mechanical operation, and food production techniques
Experience
- No prior experience required; enthusiasm for learning is essential!
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
- Mechanical knowledge or interest is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety practices is advantageous but can be learned on the job
