The Naked Hen is looking for a friendly, reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our team!
We’re a specialty-grade coffee shop serving high-quality coffee alongside fresh homemade bakes and homemade food. We’re a very busy café, so this role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while still delivering great customer service.
Hours:
- Part time available
- Availability across our opening hours:
- Mondays 8-5:30
- Tuesday - Thursday 8-9pm
- Friday 8-5:30
- Saturday & Sunday: 9am–5pm
The role includes:
- Preparing and serving specialty coffee in a fast-paced setting
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Assisting with food service and homemade bakes
- General all-rounder duties including cleaning and maintaining a welcoming space
About you:
- Barista or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn
- A team player with a strong work ethic
