We are building a new Amazon DSP team in Dundee, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Site Manager to join us at the beginning of our journey.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in Amazon DSP, delivery operations or logistics management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Experience managing drivers and daily delivery operations
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- A positive, hands-on and professional attitude
- Someone who takes ownership and is willing to grow with the company
Your role
You will play a key role in building and managing our daily operation, supporting our drivers, monitoring performance, solving operational challenges and helping us create a reliable and successful delivery team.
