About Haidilao
Haidilao, founded in 1994, is renowned for its authentic Sichuan hotpot, making it one of China's most successful hotpot restaurants. With a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, Haidilao has expanded its operations to over 1400 establishments worldwide. These establishments are located in various countries including China, Singapore, USA, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, and more. In line with its international expansion strategy, Haidilao opened its first branch in central London in 2019, followed by a second branch in east London in 2020. The third branch in Birmingham was opened in 2021. As part of our continued growth in Europe, we were seeking Management Trainees who had a passion for Chinese cuisine and culture.
Job Title: Branch Management Trainee
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive rotation across different roles within Haidilao branches.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including service quality, staff coordination, and customer experience management.
- Learn and implement operational procedures to maintain Haidilao’s exceptional dining standards.
- Handle customer feedback effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with team members to build a positive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
Capabilities
- Graduates from QS Top 100 universities preferred.
- Strong stress management abilities, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Outgoing, optimistic, and energetic personality.
- Degree specialization not required; open to all disciplines.
- Passion for learning about Chinese cuisine and service excellence.

- The initial probation period will last for 3 months or less, depending on exceptional performance.
