Zafiro Homes is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor to work alongside our Site Manager on high-end residential developments in Marlow
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on person who can work independently without needing constant direction.
An ex-trade background is welcomed – we value practical construction experience and site knowledge.
The Role
- Enforcing Health & Safety across the site
- Site inductions, toolbox talks and RAMS checks
- Supervising subcontractors and safe working practices
- Assisting with quality control and snagging
- Maintaining site diaries, H&S records and progress photos
- Checking works against drawings
- Coordinating deliveries and site logistics
- Keeping the site clean, organised and compliant
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous construction site supervisory/management experience
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid CSCS card
- Confident managing and challenging subcontractors
- Able to read construction drawings
- Organised and comfortable with basic site paperwork/IT
- Proactive and able to work without constant supervision
- Full UK driving licence
Luxury residential experience is advantageous but not essential.
Rate: £200–£220 per day depending on experience.
Freelance / self-employed position with ongoing work available.
Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
