Job Title: Mobile Cleaner
Location: South London (ideally with easy access to the M25)
Pay rate: £13.95/ hr
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week + overtime available
Start Date: Immediate
Mileage: Reimbursed for travel between sites
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mobile Cleaner to join our team, covering various client sites as needed. The ideal candidate must own a vehicle and must live in South London, ideally with easy access to the M25, due to the mobile nature of the role.
Duties/Key RESPONSIBILITIES
- Various cleaning jobs (cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, reception areas, courtyards, paths, etc. as per required contract specification)
- Directly cover the cleaning team's sickness and holiday absence in a seamless way to maintain site standards and client expectations.
- Travel to and from multiple client locations across London and South London
- Use, handle, and maintain key equipment in accordance with the role following all Health & Safety guidelines and method statements.
- Communicate with client representatives and keep them informed on the progress of the job.
- Advising Manager of materials/equipment to be ordered; Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Flexible, and available to conduct other duties as and when needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- MUST hold a Full driving license and have own transport (fuel plus wear and tear costs paid).
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Cleaning experience is highly desirable but full training will be provided if necessary

Our Field manager will provide ongoing training and mentoring. Professional uniform will also be provided and must be worn daily.
