The Opportunity
As Head of Business, you'll take overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the dealership, leading from the front while creating an environment where both your people and the business can thrive.
Working alongside an experienced management team, you'll focus on delivering sustainable growth, exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial performance across the dealership.
You'll be trusted to lead, influence and drive the business forward while maintaining the high standards expected within a franchised retail environment.
Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is suited to an established automotive leader who is already operating successfully within a franchised dealership environment.
To be considered, you'll currently be working as either a:
- Head of Business
- General Manager
You'll also bring:
- A proven track record of leading successful franchised dealerships
- Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to inspire high-performing teams and achieve outstanding results
- A full UK driving licence
