Akoko is a one Michelin star restaurant in Fitzrovia, blending West African flavours with modern fine dining and exceptional hospitality.
We are looking for a confident and expert Bartender to join our team, ideally also with wine knowledge to work alongside our Sommelier.
This role is ideal for someone already working in a Michelin or fine dining restaurant with real bartending experience.
As part of a small team, this is a true all-rounder role.
Alongside barservice, you will also:
- Serve and explain dishes to guests
- Support day-to-day FOH service
- Work closely with both kitchen and floor teams
- Help deliver polished Michelin-level hospitality
