We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at St. Michael's Preparatory School in Leigh on Sea. This vital role contributes to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our students and staff, aligning with our commitment to excellence in education.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across the school premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning products and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with setting up facilities for school events as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a clean and safe learning environment.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role or similar position is preferred.
