This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established North London landlord.
The Role
- Wiring up new loft conversions and extensions.
- Re wiring present accommodation.
- Replace sockets, light fittings and other electrical accessories.
- Replacement of consumer units.
- Install smoke alarms and fans.
- Install shower circuits and shower units
- Maintain communal external lighting.
- Earthing and protective bonding of installations.
- Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to the standards required
Applicants must:
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools required
- Good customer service skills
- 3+ years’ experience
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
- Fluent in English
Hours: part time, day, evenings and/or weekends.
Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.
You will be working side by side with the Director doing all the electric jobs for his own properties.
We like to hire for the long term - you will need to be reliable and loyal to be considered for this role. Once proven, you could be working with our Director for many years, like many of his loyal long standing sub-contractors.
