Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all visitors. The candidate will work in our hotel clients permanently, cleaning from 10 to 16 rooms daily. We have full-time and part-time positions (in the evening ).
Students on a long break from the university are welcome as well
Please be aware that all 5* hotels are paying a service charge
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all amenities are in place and functioning correctly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lifts, and lobbies when required
- Adhere to organisational standards and procedures for hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linen
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is desirable but not essential
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
