Saturday Viewing Assistant – Llanelli

Are you looking to take your first step into the exciting world of estate agency? Dawsons, Swansea’s largest and most successful independent estate agent, is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant.
We have part-time roles available at both our Llanelli branch. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the property industry, with the potential to develop a long-term career within our award-winning team.

We’re seeking someone who is:
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Personable with a mature and friendly manner
- Driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Comfortable communicating clearly in person, by phone, and via email
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying potential buyers on property viewings
- Handling customer enquiries
- Maintaining and updating client records on our internal database
- Representing the Dawsons brand with integrity and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility to attend weekday training sessions (by prior arrangement)
- Availability to work every Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Additional Info:
- Occasional overtime may be offered to cover holiday/sickness (not guaranteed)
- Full training will be provided
