What You Will Be doing …
Working within a supportive Housing Team with an allocation of tenants, you will provide a robust intensive housing management service, supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their tenancies.
- Lead and manage assessments of incoming referrals, identifying needs and priorities
- Deliver focused, person-centred support to maximise independence and long-term potential
- Empower vulnerable individuals to sustain their tenancy through tailored guidance and practical support
- Develop, implement, and regularly review detailed support and risk management plans
- Provide clear advice on tenant responsibilities and build effective self-management strategies
- Work collaboratively with external professionals to ensure a holistic support approach
- Coordinate and attend multi-agency meetings to support individual needs
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of tenancy-related services
- Promote positive behaviour, community engagement, and good neighbour relationships
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all systems and documentation
- Carry out regular health & safety checks, ensuring compliance and reporting concerns
- Conduct property inspections, identifying and reporting maintenance or tenancy issues
- Travel between developments to provide practical, hands-on support where required.

- Confident communicator with strong verbal and negotiation skills
- Prepared to commute regularly as required by the role.
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Strong written skills and accurate record-keeping
- Experienced in assessments, support plans, and risk management
- Able to prioritise a busy, fast-changing workload
- Solid working knowledge of safeguarding adults and children
- Experience supporting diverse and vulnerable individuals
