Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to take responsibility for operations within our Balustrade division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Balustrade processes.
Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Take enquiries and carry out surveys.
- Prepare quotations and follow up in timely manner.
- Supervise and motivate staff, organising fitting calendar.
- Ordering materials and negotiating with suppliers
- Maintain accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Finally looking for growth opportunities and new business for the division.
Experience
- Proven experience in the industry is essential.
- Flexible approach to support the company/department and assist as required due to customer demands
- Able to offer advice on best solutions for all customers and able to work with both residential and commercial clients.
- Excellent communication skills for customers, suppliers and staff.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude essential.
