We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our small team at River Arts Club, a boutique riverside hotel in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

This role is a paid volunteer position, the candidate will be provided free accomodation within the hotel, which includes their own private room and bathroom and be expected to work 30 hours a week.
10 of these hours a week will be paid, minimum wage, as the remaining 20 will be in exchange for the accomodation.
we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible!

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,
- light administration duties
- Support the maintenance of the hotel’s cleanliness and organisation, including assisting with light housekeeping tasks if required
- preparing and serving breakfast
- help keep our indoor and outdoor spaces looking beautiful
Experience
we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a peaceful and welcoming environment and happy to be part of a small team where everyone helps each other.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
- Knowledge of hospitality guest service
- Ability to work independently in a live-in capacity, demonstrating organisational skills and reliability
