Puffins at Childcare is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated Pre‑School Room Leaders, Baby Room Room Leaders & Toddler Room Room Leaders to join our nurturing, supportive nursery teams in Exeter.

About the Role
As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early experiences by:
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Championing fully child‑centred practice
- Building warm, positive relationships with children and families
- Communicating openly with colleagues, parents, and children
- Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning
- Modelling kindness in every interaction
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Currently a Room Leader or an Early Years Educator, or
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or working towards it)
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and caring — someone who leads with kindness
- Dedicated to delivering high‑quality, child‑centred practice
- A confident communicator and a supportive team player
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding and the EYFS (or excited to learn)
