Female Workshop Facilitators Needed
£15 per hour | 2 hours per week | Part-time | Bermondsey & Peckham, London
About LOVO
Ladies of Virtue (LOVO) is dedicated to working with women and their families to provide compassionate care and support services that create opportunities for a better quality of life. LOVO is a safe space for women.
Through education, health, wellbeing and community initiatives, we aim to empower women and strengthen communities.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable female facilitators to support our creative and learning programmes across our Bermondsey and Peckham locations.
The Role
We are seeking facilitators to deliver engaging, friendly and inclusive sessions in areas such as:
- Creative workshops
- IT and digital skills classes
- Arts & crafts
- Knitting and crochet
- Other practical and creative activities
A particular focus will be our GOLDIES Programme, which supports women aged 50+, as well as our Girls Project and other LOVO initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience or a strong interest in facilitating workshops, classes or community activities
- Are confident working with groups
- Are patient, approachable and encouraging
- Can create a welcoming and supportive environment
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Are reliable and well organised
- Have a genuine passion for supporting women and communities
Experience working with women aged 50+ or within community settings would be an advantage.
Hours & Pay
£15 per hour
2 hours per week
Part-time, with potential for additional sessions depending on programme requirements.
Sessions will take place across our Bermondsey and Peckham sites.
