Job Summary:
Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, to work within a fine dining restaurant in Leiston, Suffolk.

· To be overall responsible for the day to day running across sections
· Input ideas to assist with the making of creative menus
· Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
· Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous chef experience preferably within fine dining and working with fresh produce
· Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
· Full understanding and proven experience of health and safety standards
· Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
· Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
