Job Description
Join our team as a Multi Drop Van Driver for Same Day delivery routes in Southampton.
This role is ideal for reliable, punctual and organised drivers who are looking for regular delivery work with a structured route and an early start.
Same Day routes start with loading at 6:30am and are planned for approximately 6 hours. Routes can include up to 121 stops and around 200 parcels, delivered to residential and commercial addresses.
What You Need
Full UK Driving Licence, maximum 6 points, no IN10 or DR offences or EU Driving licence.
Right to work in the UK
Clean criminal record
Good English communication
Smartphone to use the delivery app
Your own SWB or LWB van with courier insurance and goods-in-transit cover, or willingness to rent a van from us
UTR number, support available if required
Professional attitude and good timekeeping
Availability to work weekends when required
The Role
Deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses
Complete Same Day delivery routes
Load at the depot from 6:30am
Routes planned for approximately 6 hours
Up to 121 stops and around 200 parcels
Follow a pre-planned route using the delivery app
Work independently while maintaining service standards
Self-employed contractor position
Shifts and Availability
Start time: 6:30am
Minimum availability: 4 days per week if renting a van from us
Preferred availability: 5 days per week
Maximum availability: 6 days per week
Weekend availability is preferred
Drivers can choose their working days, subject to operational needs
Pay and Benefits
From £110 per day
Fuel payment per mile where applicable

Regular work available for reliable drivers

Experience
Driving: 1 year preferred
Licence and Certification
Full UK Driving Licence or EU Driving licence required
Pay: £110.00-£140.00 per day
