We’re looking for a Production Technician to join our friendly and well-established team based in Bicester.

This is a full time role, working from 08:00 - 16:000 in the Bottles area of the Clean Room Suite.
It is a Monday to Friday role, with a half an hour unpaid break each day and a further 30 minutes of paid breaks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in a clean room environment to manufacture products
- Setting up and preparing the production machinery
- Dispensing product into a variety of containers
- Carrying out quality checks
- Wrapping and packing of finished products
- Following all health & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Entering data on our ERP system, to enable traceability of our products
The Production Team is responsible for all aspects of the production process. Production Technicians will usually work in one area of the Clean Room which is split into Bottles, Production Support, Aseptic Fill and Plate Packing areas.
What we're looking for
Someone who is:
- able to work with accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality standards to our customers
- has manual dexterity and good eyesight for inspecting our products
- able to work with small equipment and machinery
- able to cope with a degree of manual lifting and be comfortable being on their feet all day
- confident with basic computer interaction to record relevant data
- happy working as part of a team, or on their own
Full training will be given to ensure the right candidate can excel in the role.
