What you’ll do
You will be instrumental in conducting professional calls on behalf of our valued clients. You’ll break down complex technological concepts into clear, compelling messages, boost product awareness through confident communication, and uncover the real needs of prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted calls
- Communicate product features confidently and accurately
- Identify and respond to prospective customers’ needs effectively
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions
- Organise and update data to maximise the chances of phone conversations
- Collaborate and support your colleagues to foster a strong team dynamic
- Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism in all interactions
What we are looking for
Essential skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and results driven
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in leading conversations and handling objections
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
Desirable Skills:
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean)
- Educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience
- A scientific background in Chemistry or Biology
- Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce
- Previous experience in a call centre or other target-driven environments (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc.)
