Community Care Assistant ( Driver Required)
Location:Southport, PR8, PR9, PR4, L37
Pay: £ 13/55 weekdays, £13.80 weekend , ( travel between visits & mileage allowance)
Hours: Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for a caring and reliable and friendly, Community Care Assistant to support a male and female to live independently at home and to take out into the local community. The role is for 3 to 4 hours a day of an afternoon with the potential of more hours.
Experience of supporting someone with Dementia is essential.
You will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives.
As part of your role, you’ll travel between service users, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own caris essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assist with meal preparation and medication prompts
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with mobility and light household tasks
- Record and report care visits accurately using our care system
About You
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in care supporting someone with Dementia is essential.
Pay: £13.55-£13.80 per hour
