Shop Supervisor / Duty Manager — Grab & Go, London
We're opening a new Thai grab-and-go concept in London and looking for a reliable Shop Supervisor to run daily operations on-site.
What you'll own:
- Opening and closing the shop each day
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Stock checks and reordering with suppliers when levels run low
- Day-to-day scheduling of reception and kitchen assistant staff
- Being the on-site point of contact for anything that comes up during the day
What you won't need to worry about:
- Big-picture decisions on the business, lease, or concept — that stays with ownership. Your job is running the floor, not the strategy.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service supervision
- Comfortable handling stock responsibly
- Reliable, punctual, able to commit to set hours consistently with friendly and welcoming personality
- Based in or able to easily commute to Clapham Junction London
Process:
This role starts with a trial period before full handover of responsibilities, so both sides can confirm it's a good fit.
Salary : £14-£16 per hour
