Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£95 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are working with a welcoming Primary School in CV47 Southam who are seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to support children as they begin their educational journey. The school offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence and independence.
You will support the class teacher with learning through play, phonics activities, observations and classroom routines while helping children achieve key developmental milestones.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting Reception or EYFS pupils
- Understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Caring and enthusiastic approach
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
