Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. this small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Summer Brewing Assistant to join the team at Windsor & Eton Brewery. This is a hands-on role supporting the production team with day-to-day brewery activities during the busy summer period.
No previous brewing experience is required, although an interest in beer, brewing, or drink production would be beneficial. Full training will be provided.
As a Summer Production Assistant, you will help the production team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with beer packaging, including casks, kegs, cans and bottles.
- Helping prepare and clean equipment, vessels, casks and kegs.
- Supporting the team with brewery cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the site.
- Assisting with moving materials and stock around the brewery.
- Helping prepare products for dispatch and delivery.
- Supporting brewers and production staff with general brewery tasks as required.
- Assisting at brewery events or festivals when needed
- Following all health, safety and quality procedures.
